Refund policy

Every Book Hound bundle is packed by hand with randomly selected items, so all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or specific items received.

Damaged or missing items: if something arrives damaged or your order is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 days, reach out and we'll help.

Packing videos: the $5 packing video fee is refundable only if we don't film and post your video.
