Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Book Hound Bundles (bookhoundbundles.myshopify.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our bundles

Every bundle is packed by hand with randomly selected items that match the color or genre you choose. Product photos show examples of the kinds of items you may receive; your exact items, designs and colors will vary. A Mini Bundle contains 15 items and a Full Bundle contains 25 items.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Payment is charged when you place your order. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Packing videos

If you add a packing video, you agree that we may film your bundle being packed and post the video publicly on our website, Facebook and Instagram, titled with your first name and the bundle you ordered. We never show your last name, address or order details. If you give us a social media handle, we may tag you in the post.

Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs and timing are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy.

Theme requests

Theme suggestions you submit on our Request a Theme page are public. Please keep them family friendly. We may remove any suggestion, and submitting one does not guarantee we will make that bundle.
